Our client is a well-known hearing aid manufacturer in TamilNadu - Sounds Good Hearing Care with 7 exclusive branches throughout the state. They have nearly 65 employees across 7 branches that include the best-trained audiologist, technologically superior apparatus, a serene ambience, and sensitive staff. They offer a wide range of hearing aids such as programmable, wireless, digital, smart, and invisible with cutting-edge technologies. Their services start from consultation and audiological assessments to ear impressions.

Client Requirements

The client desired to implement a fully responsive software system to track their overall business models and workflows; to make the process even easier. Since they are offering hearing aids to their customers, they need to record all the details from customer entry, testing, trial sessions, sales, and even follow-ups. Other than this, they record and track the stocks, accounts of profit and loss, balance sheets, and much more.

Our Approach

iSQUARE has a dedicated team of Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, Project Managers, Technical Architects, Front-End Developers, Back-End Developers, Testers, and DevOps to work on this Project.

After a detailed meeting with our client, we finalized the requirements for the end project and moved further to the planning and implementation stage.

Our UI/UX designer completes the design screen once the project flow has been approved. In the meantime, the technical architect prepared the project setup.

After that, the dev-ops team deploys the code to the server after testing it. After successful implementation, the project team hands it over to the support team. The support team handled all other clarifications.

We successfully finished the project and met all the client's requirements. This new platform is the most efficient for Sounds Good with the best user experience, branch integrations, scalability, data maintenance, and ease of use.

The final project is completed under a centralized cloud-based system that helps in preventing data loss, reduces manpower, and 0% paperwork. This project is a holistic solution for Sounds Good and it is being introduced for the first time in the global market.

We built this solution with the four primary components based on Sales/Purchase/Walk-in Operations, CRM, Service Tracking, and Accounts. Also, it has some cool integrations, like SMS monitoring and sales, service, and other follow-ups.

The customer's journey is kept track of every step in the follow-up, from the moment they enter the store until they buy the hearing aid. In order to ensure client satisfaction, the follow-up feature integrates alerts for the 1st month, 6th month, 1st year, and 2nd year after the customer purchases the project.

Additionally, we have separate tabs to evaluate HV (home visit) and SOA (service on appointment) to ensure the appointment report of a customer visit.

To manage the branch models and processes of the whole sounds good business, they require everything to be under one roof. This includes their profit and loss calculations, balance sheet reports, and trial balances.

Client Impact

With the final project, the client’s business got 3X times better than before. The new Hearing Aid Followup CRM system helped the client to completely ditch paperwork. They integrated all the branch details into one place and prevented data loss with the help of the cloud.
